A world-champion athlete who applies the same discipline to building industrial real estate.
I'm Roberto Serrano Plowells. For twelve years, I raced on Mexico's national track cycling team — eight national titles, a world championship, and a national record in the 1km time trial. Over those same years, I built a career in real estate, helping develop and sell +105 US Million in projects across the country. Today, I run PLOWSADA, a private-equity firm that acquires and improves value-added real estate, residential, commercial, warehouses, and industrial land. Develops real estate projects and does built-to-suit construction. Track sprinting is won on margins — disciplined preparation, then precise execution.
We connect in PLOWSADA the velodrome to the real estate business in a single operating philosophy — integrity, discipline, and relentless preparation in service of a clear goal. I trained for years to win a race by hundredths of a second, to now underwrite deals, model cash flows, and lead a team to that same championship standard.
We compete to win. And we build to last.
